Water Needs Both Polarithy and High-Energy Frequencies to
Effectively Hydrate, Detoxify and Energize Your Body

Quality of Water and Hydration

Quality of Water and Hydration
Millions suffer from “hidden” dehydration and don’t even know it!
It’s true that, if you have any ongoing health problem, you have been dehydrated — all the way down to the cells that make up your body — for a very long time.
Water gives its own energy to everything it touches. Without water, nothing lives. Put two chemicals in a test tube and nothing happens.Plant a seed in arid, waterless land and nothing happens.
Until you add water. “Just add water…”, and, instantly, a chain reaction of miracles occurs.
It is the same way with our bodies.
All the trillions of actions and reactions require water. Without water there is no growth, vitality; energy.
Our bodies evolved from the ocean’s simple life forms. These received nutrients from water that constantly surrounded them.

With every evolving organism; with every change in environment; water has remained a requisite.
This primal requirement became the basis of the human body’s water-based circulatory system, which has two primary functions: energizing (nourishing) and cleansing (detoxification) the body. Blood is 95% water, and the lymphatic system is also primarily water.
Aside from carrying nutrients to your cells, water also energizes those nutrients. Water is a prime component in your body’s generation of electrical energy. Water also facilitates over 100,000 chemical reactions inside your cells every second.
Scientists contionue to discover other vital roles of water in our bodies, including such things as the folding of proteins and binding protein to DNA.
Mainstream medicine by and large has overlooked the importance of water in relation to your energy and overall health. About the only place they have “seen the light” is in emergency medicine. Army medics and trauma units are taught to put an IV drip of saline as a priority action. You also see this in hospitals. Wherever there is a bed-ridden patient the most typical scene includes a saline IV drip.
Doesn’t this make sense: If hydration is so important during a crisis, or in an acute illness, wouldn’t it stand to reason that it would also be a vital part of the remedy for any chronic and less immediately critical health concern?
Most truly progressive health investigators have recognized that water, the energy it carries and fluid dynamics of the body are as important or more important than all the other chemical phenomena in the body.
In our clinical experience, we observed a direct relationship between one’s level of hydration and the level of one’s overall health and energy.

Dr. Jonathan Lemmler
It is very clear that the better you can create and maintain optimal hydration; the better is your ability to maintain natural energy, prevent disease and live an active and healthy life.
It is very clear that there is an optimal range of hydration; and that achieving that optimum level of hydration is a fundamental in maintaining natural energy, preventing disease and living an active and healthy life.
